We take pride in providing reliable, fast, and professional order fulfillment for all our resellers and distribution partners.
Please review our shipping terms carefully before placing your order.

1. Order Processing, Payment & Approval

All orders are subject to review and approval before shipment.
Orders will not ship until full payment has been received and verified.

Once approved and paid in full, orders typically ship within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

⚠️ Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST may be processed the next business day.
Orders requiring additional verification, back-ordered items, or special handling may take extra processing time.

2. Order Verification

Please make sure to include a valid phone number and email address when placing your order.
If we need to verify payment, shipping information, or order details, we’ll contact you directly.
Failure to provide accurate contact information may delay order processing.

3. Shipping Methods

We ship via UPS Ground, depending on destination and order size.
Expedited shipping (2-Day or Overnight, or Saturday delivery) is available upon request and approval at additional cost.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information.

Once an order has shipped, it becomes the customer’s responsibility to track the shipment, anticipate delivery, and ensure safe receipt of the package.

4. Free Shipping Policy

âś… Free Ground Shipping is available for orders over $350 USD and within the contiguous 48 U.S. states only

đźš« Free shipping does not apply to:

-Orders including close-out, clearance, or sale items (these are excluded from the $400 subtotal) Close-out/sale items excluded from $400 free shipping threshold

-Speakers 3” and larger due to dimensional weight

-Oversized, palletized, or freight shipments

-Destinations in Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or APO/FPO addresses

⚠️ Free-shipping eligibility is based on the net merchandise total (after discounts, excluding tax and close-outs).

5. Shipping Charges

Orders below $400 or not eligible for free shipping will be billed based on weight, size, and destination.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or confirmed during order approval.

Clear Accessories Inc. reserves the right to adjust freight charges for dimensional re-class, rural surcharges, address corrections, etc.

6. Delivery Timeframes

Standard ground shipping within the 48 U.S. states typically takes 2–5 business days.
Transit times vary by carrier, weather, and seasonal volume.

⚠️ Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed once the order has left our facility.

7. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before finalizing checkout.
We are not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

📦 Re-shipments of returned or misdelivered packages will incur additional freight charges.

8. Damaged or Missing Shipments

All shipments are inspected before leaving our warehouse.
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please follow these steps:

  1. Note any visible damage on the carrier’s delivery receipt.
  2. Notify our Shipping Department within 3 business days of delivery.
  3. Include clear photos of the packaging, label, and damaged items.

⚠️ Claims reported after 3 business days may not qualify for carrier insurance coverage.

9. International Shipping

At this time, Clear Accessories Inc. does not offer international shipping.
We currently ship within the United States only.

❌ Orders to Canada, Mexico, or other international destinations cannot be processed.

10. Local Pickup Option

Customers are welcome to pick up their orders directly from our warehouse at 1710 Flushing Ave, Ste. #23, Ridgewood, NY.
Please select “Local Pickup” when placing your order or contact us to schedule an appointment.

⚠️ Pickup orders must also be approved and fully paid before release.
Bring a copy of your invoice or confirmation email when arriving for pickup.

11. Split or Back-Ordered Shipments

If an order contains back-ordered items, we’ll notify you during approval.
Depending on availability, we may ship partial orders or hold for complete shipment based on your preference.
