Return & Refund Policy (For Authorized Resellers)

Thank you for partnering with Clear Accessories Inc. We value our distributors and wholesale clients and strive to provide reliable products and fast service. Please review the following policy carefully before submitting a return or replacement request.

1. Return Authorization Required (RMA)

All returns must be pre-approved by Clear Accessories Inc. and accompanied by a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. To request authorization, please email: sales@clear-accessories.com
Include:

  • Your company name and account number
  • Invoice or order number
  • Product name, quantity, and reason for return

⚠️ No returns will be accepted without prior written approval and an RMA number. Once your return is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with detailed return instructions.

2.  Return Window and Conditions  for Non-Defective Returns

  • Non-defective returns (ordered in error) must be approved in advance. 
  • Return requests must be submitted within 10 business days from the invoice date.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • All packaging (boxes, labels, barcodes, and accessories) must be intact.
  • 20–25% restocking fee applies to all non-defective returns. 
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs (unless the return is due to our shipping error) and any original freight charges are non-refundable

3. Return Window and Conditions for Defective Items

  • Claims for defective items must be made within 30 business days of invoice.
  • All defective items are subject to testing and verification before credit or replacement is issued.
  • If the item tests as non-defective, a 25% restocking fee will apply and return freight will be deducted from the credit.
  • Verified defective items may be eligible for: Replacement of the same model or similar model; or Credit memo for future orders; or Refund to the original payment method (case-by-case).

4. Shipping Errors or Damage in Transit

  • If your shipment arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, notify us within 3 business days of receipt. 
  • Provide clear photos of the outer box, product label, and damaged contents.
  • Claims submitted after this period may be denied.

  • Claims for freight damage must be submitted directly to the shipping carrier.

5. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

  • Close-out, clearance, promotional, or final-sale merchandise
  • Physically damaged products, including charging port damages for speakers and wireless headsets, cracked, bent, liquid-damaged, or altered items, etc.
  • Merchandise showing signs of misuse, improper handling, or non-original condition will be refused credit.
  • Items missing parts, labels, or original packaging
  • Special orders, customized packaging, or private-label items

6. Credits & Refunds

  • Approved credits will be processed within 7–10 business days after the returned items were received and passed inspection.
  • Credits may be applied toward future wholesale orders or refunded to the original payment method at our discretion.
  • Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of verified error by Clear Accessories Inc.

7. Warranty Support

  • Some products include a manufacturer’s limited warranty. Warranty terms may vary by brand and warehouse. For example, Kingston memory cards must be addressed directly with the manufacturer and cannot be returned to our warehouse.

8. General Terms

  • Unauthorized returns or packages without an RMA number will be refused and returned at the sender’s expense.
  • Keep your tracking number until your return is fully processed.
  • Clear Accessories Inc. reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
  • All reseller transactions are governed by our Wholesale Terms & Conditions.
